Complaint about Ticket Selection

It is not much as a complaint I just have a query which I need help with asap so I know whether or not to buy new tickets!! I brought Coldplay tickets today and I am concerned by other people's reviews and that i can not talk to anyone on the phone! I just want to make sure that my card details all went through ok because I have two cards I think I used the incorrect one! I need to know if this is all ok as it is for a Christmas pressie and I want to make sure we are going as it would make my partners dreams come true. I hope to hear a response from yourselves asap.
