Complaint about Light Up UK

I was not given an email confirmation for my order, and after three days I chased it up. You cannot get through to them by phone so had to leave a message via online form. They apologised for the lack of communication and told me that the items were out of stock. I now have to wait 14 working days for a refund, and my bank cannot do anything until that 14 days are up, which I am positive this company is well aware of! This company advertise goods which are not in stock, it is clearly wrong. The customer is left out of pocket whilst having to chase a refund, which they state takes up to 14 working days. We work for our money and they take it with the knowledge that goods are not in stock, it seems like a very crafty way to make money to me. I am sure all their other many customers who are left out of pocket will agree...it is a complete con.
