After leaving Talk Talk had my last bill seen told to ring a number and was on hold 40 minutes.

Hi Douglas, We offer alternative contact routes such as twitter, facebook and live chat. All of our customer services numbers are 03 meaning they're charged as a local rate call by most providers. Thanks Emma
