Complaint about Currys PC World

What a pathetic situation. I have called Product Support 5 times in the past year and been told the exact same thing " you made a verbal agreement with the cashier in Currys, and thats why you have product support". So i suppose Currys do verbal agreements now ? I have finally managed to cancel it, but i sure would like 12 months worth of £8.50 back, or some kind of settlement made. These are small payments which do add up, especially when i never opted for it in the first place.

Hi Inderbir, I am sorry to learn of the payments to which you refer. As this transaction would appear on your till receipt at the time of purchase and each monthly statement thereon, sadly I am unable to refund any payments already made. In respect to the circumstances at the point of sale, to clarify that the agreement was not verbal but entered into via you agreeing to pay for the service..
