Complaint about Lovely Flora World

Ordered flowers for next day delivery that was meant to be free... no contact number to call them.. just a phony promise to email back soon when they can on questions... no confirmation email of order.. luckily I screen shot the order when I first placed it.. I emailed four times and had no reply... the flowers were delivered two days late and were left in the box in the company's hall wall... they were found dead and unsigned for... these were meant to be for my boyfriend to say I missed him... so so poor in service it's unreal... I'd really like a refund but don't know how to get it
