Vodafone taking payment long after contract ended

Complaint about Vodafone

A few years ago I signed up to 3 separate Vodafone contracts (Myself, wife and teen daughter). After the first term I renewed each contract however due to moving house and having signal issues decided not to renew once the second term ended. After 3 months of the contract ending I have had £134.77 taken from my account even though direct debits were cancelled and the accounts terminated?
