Complaint about Timberland
Dear Sirs, I bought a pair of boots from the Timberland website as I was delusional to believe that in the event that I had to return the item, you would offer quality service (being a well known brand). I received the boots, but they were too big so I arranged a courier online to arrange to pick it up from my home. The boots were collected and returned to my house the next day... I have emailed Timberland twice now and I have not received a response. I rearranged a courier to pick it but they did not turn up. I ended up paying £12.00 to send the boots myself! Disgusting!
