Complaint about Currys PC World

Hi I bough tv from currys pc world about 2 years ago and realised you have been charging me £5.50 per month for something I don't even know what it is. When buying tv the lady who sold it to us said she will include free insurance or something that we have never used and realised just now we are getting charged for it. I just read a lot of reviews from other people who had the same situation. I do feel this is disgusting and I hope the money you took from my account will be refunded. Best regards Marta

Hi Marta, I am sorry to hear this. As this transaction would appear on your till receipt at the time of purchase and each monthly statement thereon, sadly I am unable to refund any payments already made. However if you can provide your full name, address and the make and model of the TV, I will ensure this agreement is cancelled with immediate effect. Thanks -Marcus

Hi Marta, apologies that the Service Agreement is still running. After any free period is given by the store, you would need to cancel this otherwise payments would continue to be taken. I can look to cancel this if you no longer require the Agreement. Kindly provide me with your full name, address and the make / model number of the TV. Once received I will be better placed to advise - Shaun
