Complaint about Currys PC World

£4.50 taken from my credit card every month, no agreement from me to do this, only just found out who product support ag is

Hi Brian, The payment that you refer to relates to a product support agreement on a product purchased from a Currys/PC World store. The careplan offers protection against mechanical breakdown and 'mishaps', and will automatically renew each month for as long as you wish to receive the benefits. Should you wish to end the agreement I would just require your full name and address. Richard
