Unfair BT Contract

Complaint about BT

I entered into a 12 month contract with BT in November 2015, I then moved home to a property that already had a Virgin Media contract in my Husband's name. Under the Ofsted ruling BT announced they were increasing the charges so when we cancelled in June to be effective from 1st of July then under the Ofsted ruling we should be entitled to cancel.
