Erroneous transfer.

Complaint about Extra Energy

Extra energy have taken my account for dual fuels without my permission. They do not have my name and address, just my meter numbers, and as my details do not match theirs, they will not speak to me about this. They instructed me to get a Crime Reference Number as a third party maybe involved. The police have never heard of such tosh, and because no crime has taken place, l could not get the CRN, just a log number. The officer spoke directly to Extra, they assured her that they would phone me about this. Still waiting almost a week.on. I have never had a statement, contract or bill from these people, they took my account 29/05/16, who knows how much l owe, they have done this is without my permission. They are simply ignoring me, and l have established a paper trail, date stamped etc., and will have to wait and see what develops. The level of customer service from Extra Energy speaks volumes. They have made an erroneous transfer without authority, and need to rectify this by returning me to my supplier GB Energy. From my experience, give his lot a very wide berth.
