Complaint about Prizehook

I have NOT entered any competitions with Prizehook, my mobile phone account is being charged almost treble my contract payment. I discovered this by contacting my mobile phone provider who advised me they have put a block on any more monies being paid from my account. I have taken part in a survey with Tesco but on no occasion have I agreed to subscribe to any competitions. . I would appreciate if you would reimburse any monies taken by yourselves. . Should you fail to comply with my request, I will seek legal advice.
