Complaint about Credit Perfect

As I said above, I cancelled this straight away but they still took 14,99, then I emailed on the 15th September to the correct email address and cancelled this, on the 6th October you had the cheek to take 14,99 again,, how many times do I have to go through this,, I want my money back, I will be taking this further, Debbie Whatmough
