Complaint about FoneChoice

I took a tablet from fonechoice in May 2014 in may i reported that the battery is not charging and there is a software problem with the phone,they collected it and in june they send it back to me,i reported after 2 days that the problem still persist they collect it in august and in september they send it to me but this time the screen was broken i opened it infront of the courier guy and i notice the screen is broken i informed fonechoice then they collect it in a week and in november they send it back to me but still the screen was broken i informed fonechoice again they collected it in novemner 2014 till then i have not heard from them i wrote them an email i phoned numerous tomes with no luck and then i went to the bank to stop the payment and still they did not contact me im still waiting for the phone or for my refund because i was paying for sumting that i dont have the phone is still in for repairs and its been a year now please assist asap
