Complaint about iSwegway

My son used his birthday money and bought a hoverboard from iSwegway at the gadget show , which he soon returned as faulty. My wife has tried calling iSwegway more than 25 times (we have proof ) to the extent she is now being cut off each time by customer services. Despite several promises iSwegway are clearly trying not to give our money back, claiming "funds" have to be released by their merchant !!! iSwegway have agreed that they owe this money and have promised money over the phone each time we have actually get hold of them. This has gone on for over 2 months now and is totally unacceptable and upsetting for my son. I would proceed with extreme caution before dealing with this company. My next port of call is trading standards !
