Complaint about Wren Kitchens

This has to be the worst company for customer service I've ever encountered. £12000 kitchen ordered, delivery date confirmed, kitchen did not arrive had not been manufactured blamed it on an IT issue. This is when the real problems started, we lost our fitter as he had another job to go to so we have had to pay another fitter a day rate but with the issues he walked off the job twice, delivered in 13 separate deliveries so far, cabinets incomplete or damaged, cabinets delivered to other people then collected and delivered to us damaged and opened. Deliveries promised and not arriving, some items could not give us a manufacturing date never mind a delivery date. 64 phone calls to date countless emails later still not sorted. We had an incomplete kitchen over Christmas despite our efforts to get it sorted they just can't seem to provide us with a complete kitchen. The amount of time waiting for a response from customer services is a joke an hour seems to be the average waiting time on the phone we still do not have a complete kitchen 3 months later and have had no explanation as to why the 3 promised deliveries have not happened this week alone. This has been a complete an utter nightmare we saved a long time for this kitchen and paid cash for it, this was a dream purchase for my wife but is tarnished beyond redemption and does anyone at wren care about any of this? Who knows? I just want the rest of the kitchen delivered so we can get it finished and put this whole sorry saga behind us. The only positive I can add is the quality of the kitchen is superb and we bought the right kitchen just from the wrong company. This does not portray the stress, frustration and disappointment we have experienced with wren kitchens and their absolute lack of ownership of this issue for what is a substantial purchase from them
