Complaint about Ticket Selection

I ordered 2 tickets for a gig on Friday 27 January 2017 on 18 November 2016 and have not yet received these. I have emailed numerous times and used the support option available on the website to try and receive an update as to where my tickets are. The gig is now in 4 days and I have not yet received the tickets, nor have I received any sort of response to my emails and as the gig is 350+ miles away from my home I am unable to go and collect the tickets prior to the gig. I was also overcharged and given I have already wasted £130 on trying to buy tickets from this site, this just adds to the disappointment.
