I have sent the below email over one month ago and have asked also for customer relations team to investigate, however very seem to be ignoring my issue. Dear Very I have just checked my account and am shocked to see that the first payment for my dyson hoover is due today!! Item no KDJJ3 ordered on 8th November. I specifically put this order through as a BNPL. Firstly because i specifically wanted the £50 put back onto my account in December which was part of the BNPL deal at the time i placed the order for this hoover and secondly because i knew i wouldn’t have this money before Christmas! I have had no choice but to make the first payment to avoid a late payment fee but this has left me needing to borrow money to avoid going into my overdraft. I am mostly concerned though that i am not going to receive the £50 credit back onto my account taking the hoover down to £350 instead of £399, quite a difference in price which is the only reason i ordered the hoover from Very. I would like this looked into as i know i followed the steps for BNPL and double checked the offer of £50 credit back on this item if i ordered when i did. I believe this is a mistake on your part which can potentially cost me £50 which i'm sure you can agree is unacceptable. Many thanks Damian Akram
