Promised Refund - never arrived

Complaint about EHIC Direct

Processed application, got email to state my details were not complete within 2mins. So I called immediately to cancel them as I didn't have everything they required to hand. Customer services agreed to refund the fee that was taken as no services had been used. still waiting for the refund.... bad company as now I cannot even manage to speak with anyone as phones ring out and emails never answered. Think I have been had.
