Did not receive the tickets I paid for

Complaint about Ticket Selection

After numerous emails, telephones calls are to be ignored for 3 weeks I am utterly at a loss what to do in order to resolve my complaint. I paid top money for front seats and received upper tier when then landed ON the day of event. Absolutely no response from the company, no returned calls and completely ignored, RIPPED OFF!
