Complaint about Credit Perfect

Credit Perfect took money from my account without my permission:04 Nov, 25Nov, 12Jan, 24Jan.I was looking for a loan in October 2016 but I did not accept Credit Perfect and I stopped .I have couple messages from your company if my application is incompleted. Unfortunatelly they still charge my account without my permission.
