Complaint about Wren Kitchens

Hi, We've paid Wren Kitchens in full on Dec 13 (2016) for our new kitchen. Installation started on Jan 16 (2017), with our sink being taken out. Since then, the sink hasn't been delivered, and Wren cannot (or will not) give us any information as to when it might arrive. Our communications with Wren have been improductive, we are given no information and promised a call back every time - no call ever comes. We have a few other issues: one chipped cabinet door (no timeframe for replacement), part of the splashback and cornice inappropriate, with replacement supposed to finally arrive on Jan 27. I realize from reading other Wren customers stories that we are by no means the unluckiest, but the fact that it could still be weeks (months?) until we finally have a kitchen sink is very worrying. We are left leaving in a house without a source of drinking water, and having to do the washing up and vegetable washing in our (small) bathroom sink, which is not hygienic. Having already paid Wren in full, we are seemingly left without any leverage. Do we have any recourse? How long would this situation have to last before we could take successful (legal?) action? Wren customer support said that a compensation could be envisioned, but only after the kitchen fitting is complete, which I an dubious about. Any advice appreciated, Jean
