Complaint about Interlink Express

I was home all day, tracking for my parcel every 15 minutes. When the driver finished the delivery right before mine, the tracking page says the parcel could not be delivered because the driver could not find my address, or could gain access to the address. As I already have mentioned, I have been home all day, and I was even tracking for the parcel every 15 minutes. The driver never left any note, so I highly doubt that he ever visited to this delivery address. Have contacted Interlink Express about this, but I guess it will take some time for them to reply to the message; I could not find any phone contact on the webpage. It is really frustrating and disappointing when I have been looking forward my parcel, and the driver just never visits.
