Complaint about The Phone Spot

Received the new phone very quickly but never received an email from them with confirmation. I did not like the phone when it arrived - wrong size for me. Called them to return it but I failed the data protection questions and they just keep telling me to call back and keep trying. I did this four times and realised it was fruitless because they obviously had something slightly different in the address detail. I am now left with a phone and a contract that I do not want with no way to cancel either. I feel scammed and do not want anything more to do with this company. Buyer beware!
