Bought tickets for Green Day back in September, they're playing in just over 2 weeks and I haven't heard a thing about my tickets. E-mailed ticket selection and have had no response.

Hi Caroline, please bare in mind that tickets can be delivered up until the day of the event. We receive a huge amount of emails daily and therefore it can take a while for yourself to receive a response. Many thanks, Ticket Selection.
