FORMAL COMPLAINT

Complaint about National Holidays

I went on a 5 day trip to London with National Holidays 2nd to 6th January 2017 inclusive and stayed at the International Hotel Canary Wharf. I have already made a FORMAL COMPLAINT to you in writing 2 weeks ago and have had NO response from you at all. Therefore, if I have had no response by 31st January 2017, I WILL be taking the matter further. With regards Gwendoline Chambers
