I'm fed up of this company

Complaint about Economy Energy

Not only have I been messed about by them whith my cards I also woke up on the 3rd of January to no gas and electric. I had to use my neighbours phone to phone them. As I never received any cards. Before the 29th of december They put 15 pounds on my meters. Which I have to pay back at 3 pounds a week. received my cards 7 days later and in the meantime they gave me my card numbers to take to asda but they didn't work so when I eventually got my new cards they were different numbers took them to asda and they didn't work I phoned them and they said they would send me new cards out next day delivery which didn't happen.I still havnt received them 8 days later phoned them again yesterday. Was texted new numbers took them to pay point and they still didn't work. Phone them when I got back they offered to top me up but I would have to pay them back at 2 pound a week. I have had to keep topping up online. Which has cost me a fortune. I managed to be able to top up my electric on line but can't afford to do the gas.I think they should be compensating me not charging me as the amount of money it has cost me in phone calls and still getting no where I wish I didn't switch now.
