Complaint about Nationwide

NW inputted my flat number wrong and as result they have issued debit cards and pins to my neighbour and because of inaccurate information my credit score was lower than it should be so they declined me for a mortgage twice. I complained 02/01, they said they need til 25/1 just to establish if a mistake has been made! 25/1 been and gone and not heard anything. NW must have a backlog of complaints if it takes that long! Also misinformed about the T and C's of what they will pay interest on so lost £30 potential interest due to them giving me information that was incorrect. When I contact them to say I've not heard the outcome of my complaint by the date they set they asked me if I had had any corrrspondace by post? If I had do they think I would take my time to email them to say I haven't heard? Nationwide do not value their customers at all! Avoid!!
