No flowers, no refund

Complaint about Prestige Flowers

I ordered flowers on Thursday 19th, for Saturday 21st, which was my mums 70th birthday , the flowers were never delivered, no explanation even though I was emailed at 7am by the delivery company saying they were on the way, they tried to drop them off on Monday at 4.20 pm, but the birthday has been and gone, I sent flowers because I work. I have been speaking to person after person by email and phone and they will not give me my money back. Please help.
