Complaint about iSupply Energy

My contract ended with isupply on the 30th November, I didn't leave the company, just renewed with a new tariff, at the end of my old contract, I was in credit by £544 and have been trying relentlessly since to get this refunded into my bank! I have been told verbally and by message that this would happen, but alas it is the 26th January now, and still no refund, even though they are still taking direct debits each month on my new contract, which are set way to high, hence the credit on my last contract, and isupply will not reduce this either. I have calculated that I supply now have over £700 of my money for electricity I have not used. I would love to know what would happen to me if I owed isupply £544, and just kept fobbing them telling them I will pay
