Complaint about Currys PC World
I have just been looking through my bank statements and it turns out I have been paying 6.50 a month to product support to Currys Pc World, since I purchased my laptop. However I never agreed to this. I feel being a young woman going in on my own and purchasing a laptop they took advantage of me, I was told by the gentleman that I got one months free product support, but was not told that after this month I would have to keep paying unless I contacted them and asked otherwise. I even brought this up when purchasing my laptop that I wouldn't have to go out of my way to cancel it. I am absolutely disgusted. As a student I cannot afford this payment each other, it is a joke. How do I go about cancelling it and any chance of getting any of my money back?
