Complaint about Currys PC World

I've received a bill for £10 twice for AG product support which I did not agree to, please refund the £20 I have been charged for no reason.

Hello Gagan, I am able to confirm there is a charge on your account for an Hotpoint which is £10.00 and a term agreement for a Microwave that has been paid up for a few years. Regarding the other charge, as this is not purchased in your name, we would have to ask the other purchaser to call 0344 561 1234 and speak with our Care Plan Team. Thanks, Ollie.
