Money taken from account when there was no damage.

Complaint about Firefly Car Rental

To begin with our credit card was refused when trying to pay the excess insurance. After calling the bank they said that it should not have happened. On returning the car firefly insisted there was a small scratch on bottom of door. I removed with my nail the dirty mark but they still insisted and we had to sign document to enable us to catch flight. They have now taken 200 euros from our account.
