Complaint about My Geek Box
I have now received 2 unwanted geekboxes after being unable to cancel my subscription. I have no direct debit set up so the money is being taken out my account and i have sent multiple emails to the company in request of cancellation. Ideally, i would prefer if i were able to get my money back for the recent box and have my subscription cancelled and ALL details completely wiped from the databases at My Geekbox as this is highly unsatisfactory service.
