Complaint about Ticket Selection

My concert is in 11 days and I am still trying to be hopeful that I will receive my tickets and the bad reviews will be proved wrong. I went to get in touch with them personally but they seem to have removed their email and phone number from their website, which is worrying me slightly. My concert is for the 8th Feb, and I know that their website claims to send out tickets seven days before the concert, but none of my emails have been replied to so i am getting slightly worried about this. If anyone from ticket selection could please reassure me or email me back to let me know my tickets are on the way or if i would be able to collect them from somewhere then i would be very grateful! I will then gladly write amazing reviews for this company. My order number is: Order #21510 which is what it says on my receipt email. All the best, Billie

Absolute scam of a company. Did not end up getting my tickets nor did i get any emails. I will make it my mission to get them shut down
