Still waiting on full refund.

Complaint about Currys PC World

On the 20th of January, the TV (deemed faulty) that I bought was collected and I was told that I was going to receive a full refund in 3-5 working days. I rang up yesterday asking what stage the refund was up to, and I was told that I should receive it within 24 hours, as he apparently had to manually contact the team responsible for handling refunds. It has been 24 hours and I've still yet to see any money back in my account, which is incredibly frustrating as I now need the money urgently. It seems all too convenient that it's taking longer than, and that there were issues processing.
