Complaint about ZoomFish

I was given a price for my iPad which was £96. It was in excellent condition as it had always had cover and screen protector on from new. I wrapped it 3 times in bubble wrap then packed it in original box then again with bubble wrap and placed in bag provided by Zoomfish. They then emailed me to say it had a chip on corner and they offered me £41 pounds there is no way that could have happened in transit When I went into my account it said I had accepted it but I did not press that accept button.then when I went onto trustpilot reviews that is what is happening to the majority of people I have rang 20 times and emailed 12 times and tried to contact them through there web site with no joy I have asked them to send my iPad back or put the money in my bank or ring text or phone me but no response
