Complaint about Ticket Selection
I recently purchased two tickets for Strictly Come Dancing at the Barclaycard Arena 21st January 2017 - order number 29796. After paying for shipping of £9.95 I was disappointed and concerned that the tickets had not arrived. I was advised that there had been a problem and I would now have to collect the tickets on the day from a courier. The courier rang me (7am) on the 21st and confirmed that he would be meeting myself and four other couples who had also been let down and had not received their tickets. I drove to Worcester collected my 80 year old parents who were the ones I had purchased the tickets for. We then set of to Birmingham and arrived at 1:40 and contacted the courier, Bruce, as advised. However Bruce then proceeded to rant and abuse me verbally down the phone. He told me he was still waiting for tickets and he would find me. I tried to call him several times to request that I meet him in side Costa Coffee as it was -3 degrees and it was too cold for my aged parents to stand outside indefinitely. He didn't even let me ask the question, and just screamed down the phone and told me to leave him alone and he was not going to GIVE ME MY TICKETS ANYMORE and hung up. Ten minutes later he phoned back and arranged to meet, however he continued to insult me and call me stupid and even at one point snatched the tickets off me. He said if I was unhappy I should of used a TOUT. I thought I had booked my tickets through a professional company, I was mistaken? He proceeded to then follow me and shout more abuse and said that people like me should t be allowed to use the internet as I was too stupid too. That he could of been anyone even a pedophile. I was terribly upset and it completely ruined the whole tip. I would very much like to hear your thought on this matter.
