Complaint about Zavvi

I ordered a monthly zbox on the 25th November, which was delivered to me the first days of January. It was the first time I've made an order so I didn't know that it re-news automatically. But when I saw that my bank account was less 23,59 euros because of that, I get into my zavvi account and saw that a new order was magically ordered without my permission, and on top of that I can't find a simple way to cancel my subscription and stop zavvi from taking money from my account. I don't know what else to do but I need to set this up as soon as possible.
