Complaint about thetrainline.com

I booked tickets online for my journey to havant from London Victoria the train was on time and everything no delays but when we got to horsham we was told that the train would now not stop at our deter nation because shortness of staff drivers so now I am gonna be late for an inportant interview that will effect the rest of my life I am not happy as I have to change trains when I purchase a direct train ticket this is re first time I have used Victoria station and it's better for me as closer to home this is not acceptable I wanna know how I go about getting a refund as this is unacceptable they waited at horsham for the train to part and then once the train started to move that's when they told us that the train will not be going to our stops please tell me is that fair at least tell us at the stain so I could of made other arrangements or got a taxi where I needed to be on time and now I am gonna be half hour late so please send me details of how to claim my money back as am not very happy And now I am having the same problem coming home
