Where are my Roses?

Complaint about Lovely Flora World

I ordered on-line 12 Red Roses last Wednesday just after lunch. I received a notification telling me they would arrive on the 27th. Despite several emails which initially was answered with always the same automated response things have gone quiet altogether now. Its now Monday 30th evening, still no Rosed and no response. I have written to my Card provider and requested a charge back or refund. How are these sort of companies allowed to operate?
