Product Support AG unauthorised payment

Complaint about Currys PC World

Hello I purchased a fridge and fitbit and advised the gentleman I purchased them through I did not require the insurance and was advised that was fine. So I was surprised this morning to notice two payments for £1.50 each coming out of my bank with the term Product Support AG. As I did not request this and in actual fact refused this I would like this refunded and for any further payments to be stopped immediately. Regards Kirsty

Hi Kirsty, thank you for getting back in touch in relation to your Service Agreement cancellations. Can you please confirm the total amount debited form your account. I can see that for the Two Service Agreements in question, we have take 4 x £1.50 (2 on each agreement). I cancelled these as requested as requested on the 31st of January (2 days after the renewal period) and as such refunded the>
