Complaint about booking.com
We booked 6 rooms at the Margaret river guest house. All for 3 nights for $747. One room in particular was a family room to sleep 6ppl. Only to find that the prices advertised were for 2ppl only. Our search was for 4-6ppl and when the confirmation came through it stated the price was addition per person more than 2ppl. We are now stuck with cancelation fees per room for a fault and misleading information by booking.com We contacted the guest house whom are lovely people and they have stated that they've had MANY issues with this and if we booked direct with them it would have been cheaper. When contacting booking.com we are told we have to pay a fee to change the booking and quote from the call centre "yes, I can see why this would be misleading but we can't help you"
