Complaint about XinWin Dear Sir/Madam, It has come to my attention you have been taking money from my mobile account weekly since 29/05/2015 without my authorisation. I have been receiving various text message of one or two a week which you are charging vast amounts of money for - I have today requested this to stop with immediate effect, I am also looking for a full refund of all money taken by your company. Please sort this matter as soon as possible
