Complaint about Parcel2Go

I paid Parcels2Go £74.56 to collect and deliver 10 parcels. The courier never arrived so I contacted Parcels2Go via the only way possible (live chat) and cancelled the order as i explained the deliveries were urgent. I then paid ParcelForce who collected the next day and provided me with an invoice for each of the 10 parcels. 3 days later the courier via Parcels2Go turned up at my door and I explained the parcels had been collected the day before with another company- not connected to Parcels2Go or themselves. I have been chasing for my refund and Parcels2Go have now come back rejecting my refund claim as their courier signed the 10 parcels off as 'not collected- already collected' and now Parcels2Go are saying they have done the collection. I have been passed from person to person on Live Chat- none of whom appear to want to help me despite the fact i have proof the parcels were collected the day before via another company! i find it incredibly frustrating that no one seems to be able to or want to help me sort this refund out.
