Unwanted product support

Complaint about Currys PC World

Sales assistant tried to sell us product support when buying a laptop but we declined. Then offered us 1 month free as we had to wait so long to be served. Upon paying for laptop was prompted to sign some paperwork. After signing I noticed one of them was a direct debit agreement. When I quizzed what it was for I was told for product support. I said we had already declined and did not want it. I now see there has been a payment of £3.50 taken from our bank account. Please cancel this asap. We made it abundantly clear we did not want this service. I shall also be going in to our local store the weekend to complain about this matter.
