Complaint about Ticket Selection
I cancelled my tickets prior to an event as I had not received them for several months and due to the gig being at the other end of the country, being messed around made it physically impossible for me to attend. I have called 2-3 times since I cancelled the tickets and was promised that a confirmation of the cancellation would be emailed to me as evidence. I have not yet received the confirmation email and it is now massively unlikely that I will receive the full refund that I was promised by the man on the phone (his name is Lester for your reference). I have also left complaints on this site prior to being able to cancel my tickets and have emailed on numerous occasions, neither of these methods have been responded to. Please sort, order number is 28102.
