Complaint about Unity Lotto
I was told by Unity Lotto that I won't have to pay anything for a few months and before they start charging they would ask me if I want to continue. I received an email asking about a direct debit which I immediately questioned. I then got a call where they told me that I can't cancel the direct debit as I've already agreed to it and can't get out of it for 3 months. However, I was not told about the direct debit previously.
