Awful company, no communication, no delivery and no refund

Complaint about Ticket Selection

My partner and I booked two tickets to see Green Day in Feb 2017. We explained that we needed the tickets dispatched due to needing to book travel arrangements to the UK. Not only did we receive no reply whatsoever, but we also have received no tickets, no confirmation of booking, no reply from the company and the money has been taken from our accounts. Well over £250 just taken from our account, with nothing in return. I'm half tempted to refer this to the police instead of the bank. Absolutely disgraceful, I'm surprised a government agency hasn't shut them down yet.
