Complaint about ArrowXL

Good evening, I ordered a product online from the catalogue store very, this has an order number of 009276848591D087, delivery address is 6 sea lawn terrace, dawlish, Devon, EX70AD. Upon finalising the order process I confirmed my mobile telephone contact details and have subsequently received text message responses confirming a delivery slot time as well as the offer of a tracking service; upon leaving work this evening I have been tracking my delivery until the delivery time had been passed, I was then informed that the delivery had failed! Consequently I attempted to telephone your helpline due to your chat service being unavailable online. I had to hold for 27 minutes and upon successful connection I was informed that the delivery had failed due to the driver having exceeded his allotted time for the day. I was then also instructed that the product could not be redelivered until Saturday, this was exceedingly disappointing due to the failure already to deliver. I would like to discuss with you potential remuneration packages due to the increased stress, disappointment and inconvenience that this matter has caused.
